{"provider_url": "https://www.garca.sp.leg.br", "title": "Escola do Legislativo", "html": "<p dir=\"ltr\" id=\"docs-internal-guid-31369700-ae3e-a40b-595e-a804aeb3d6fc\" style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span><br /></span></p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>De acordo com a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 369/2018, compete \u00e0 Escola do Legislativo:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type:disc; \">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>Difundir a educa\u00e7\u00e3o para a cidadania e para a democracia no \u00e2mbito do Poder Legislativo;</span></p>\r\n</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type:disc; \">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>Formular, executar e avaliar as a\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, treinamento e desenvolvimento de parlamentares, servidores e segmentos da sociedade, considerando a diversidade de conhecimentos institucionalmente requeridos;</span></p>\r\n</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type:disc; \">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>Conceber e fomentar estudos relacionados \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica legislativa e sua interrela\u00e7\u00e3o com as demais \u00e1reas do conhecimento e institui\u00e7\u00f5es democr\u00e1ticas, bem como disponibilizar o conhecimento produzido aos cidad\u00e3os por meio de cursos abertos e outras iniciativas;</span></p>\r\n</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type:disc; \">\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>Promover a participa\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3 no processo legislativo e a intera\u00e7\u00e3o com a comunidade, atrav\u00e9s de mecanismos de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e participa\u00e7\u00e3o popular.</span></p>\r\n</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>Caber\u00e1 ao Conselho Gestor zelar pelo funcionamento e cumprimento das finalidades institucionais da Escola, o qual ser\u00e1 composto por dois parlamentares e um servidor da C\u00e2mara para um mandato coincidente aos dos membros da Mesa Diretora.</span></p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>Atualmente, o Conselho Gestor da Escola do Legislativo \u00e9 composto pelos seguintes membros: Ver.
